Obtaining a strong, lean, and healthy body can often be a life-changing experience, but it's a process that many are unable to achieve. This could be for a variety of reason such as lack of motivation, knowledge, proper direction, accountability, social pressures, and the list goes on... 

If you're new to the idea of Online Coaching, this is where working with an experienced coach will benefit you; All of your previous obstacles will be now be a thing of a past and you'll be ready to make serious strides toward your fitness goals. With me as your coach, I'll take precious care of your programming, review your progress each week, and make adjustments to both nutrition and training when needed. It's like having a personal trainer by your side every step of the way.

OK - great! Lets get started on the first step of your transformation journey by filling out the coaching application.  Once this is filled out, I will contact you regarding the next steps to get you started on becoming the best version of yourself. 


 

- Personal Assessment

 

- We’ll go over your short and long term goals, and realistic timelines to achieve those goals.
- Discuss your current diet, health, and any medical conditions that must be considered.
- We’ll talk about how we can incorporate a program seamlessly into your life so that you don’t skip a beat. Even if you have a full-time job, 3 kids, and a pet orangutan - we'll work around that.

 

 -Nutrition/TRAINING PROGRAM

 

- Flexible dieting: Simple-to-follow parameters of how your nutrition is structured so you know how you are supposed to be eating.
- Macronutrient and calorie targets specifically built for your body, personal goals, and training program for optimal physique gains.
- Recommended "Shopping List" based upon your personal likes/dislikes to ensure micronutrient sufficiency for optimal health gains. 

- Optimized programming: exercise selection, frequency, volume, intensity, sets, and reps to match your specific goals.
- Multiple training phases to expedite progress
- Instructional videos to demonstrate all exercises in your program.

 

-Motivation, Accountability, & MISC      

 

- Email, text, phone access so you can connect with me anytime you need help. 
- Accountability to track your nutrition and training program with your own personalized spreadsheets.
- More accountability by sending updates with progress photos (1 per month), and exercise form-check videos for select exercises.
- Memes, motivation posters, and random texts as a subtle reminder that you're supposed to enjoy the journey.

 

- Supplementation (Optional)

 

 Supplements are not necessary, nor do many supplements do what they claim to. They can have their place in your program if you are consistently training, eating well, and sleeping to ensure adequate recovery. Without all of this, there is no reason to considering supplements. 

When it's time to start supplementing, I can provide you with the information necessary to purchase proven, quality supplement products that can aid in your fitness goals. Please know that when I make recommendations to supplement, it’s for good reason. I'll only suggest supplements that are supported by strong scientific research and will not be detrimental to your health.

There are no magic supplements, and a typically effective supplement will be rendered useless without the aforementioned proper nutrition, training, and rest.
