Oh, hello!

Coach TJ here. I believe we may have met on the main page! 

I am the owner and main contributor to this site. Most of my clients consist of busy parents who are looking to gain strength, shred body fat, build lean mass, and get Superhero strong. Emphasis on the word "Superhero." That's just kind of how we roll here!

If you are parent or someone who is crunched for time due to a super busy work/life schedule, and just can't get on track with a fitness regimen -  I know exactly where you're coming from!

I am a husband and father of two with a full-time day job in addition to being a small business owner. I have two beautiful children, a 4 year old boy and 1-year old girl. I also have two loving (yet sometimes needy) dogs, and limited time to train. I know how life can sometimes seem so out of control that "it's never a good time" to start getting on a fitness regimen. Luckily I've discovered how to get the most of our my personal life, maximize my training efforts, and fit a healthy nutritious diet when you're not capable of cooking while also getting the most out of my training with the limited time I have available. And I can show you how to as well...  

Please indulge me for a moment for a short story...

I wasn't in great shape growing up, nor did I have the best genetics. You can see that simply by taking a look at the bottom of this page for my progression over the years. 

I strength trained a little bit in high school - just not effectively or consistently since I saw practically no improvement. I spent most of my college years neglecting my health by eating whatever I could get my hands on and drinking far too often. It took until mid-20's for me to say I'd finally had enough, and at moment I decided that I needed to make a change.

The fitness philosophies that I coach by may fly in the face of much of what many people grow up believing as true; but that's kind of the point. Unfortunately most fitness and nutrition information provided by mainstream media is based on marketing ploys intended to pad their own wallets, while emptying yours with whatever gimmick or supplement they can sell to any unsuspecting consumer. Basically, a lot of what we're force fed about fitness and nutrition has been a lie. 

Working with me, you'll learn how to build healthy habits that are proven to be optimal, sustainable, and liberating from all the restrictive programs being sold to you.
